Q: How quickly will I get an offer?
A: Usually within 24 hours of submitting your details.

Q: Can I sell my bike if I’m under 18?
A: Yes — with parental or guardian consent. The agreement will be with them.

Q: Do you buy all types of bikes?
A: We buy most quality adult and kids’ bikes — road, mountain, BMX, hybrids, and e-bikes. We don’t usually buy damaged or unsafe bikes.

Q: When do I get my deposit?
A: After the price is agreed and the Seller Agreement is signed, we send your 10% deposit immediately to your bank or PayPal.

Q: When do I get the rest of the money?
A: Once your bike arrives at our HQ and passes inspection, the remaining 90% is sent within 24 hours.

Q: Can you pay in cash?
A: We only pay via secure bank transfer or PayPal for safety.

Q: How do you collect the bike?
A: We arrange a fully insured courier to pick it up from your home, usually within 24–48 hours.

Q: Do I need to box my bike?
A: Yes — Remove pedals and turn the handlebars, it helps our couriers handle it more easily.

Q: Why do you need my ID and proof of address?
A: To protect against fraud and theft. It’s a quick online upload and kept secure.

Q: What is the frame number and where do I find it?
A: It’s stamped into your bike’s frame, usually under the bottom bracket.
